Barre

Develop the length and tone of a dancer in this upbeat, fast-paced class.  No dance experience necessary!  Burn calories and build strength through a series of exercises inspired by Pilates, Yoga, dance technique, and traditional weight training.  Capacity: 14-20 (depending on the instructor)

Group Fitness Announcements

There are no Group Fitness Classes Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29.

Summer fitness class schedule begins on Tuesday, May 30.

Steam Shutdown May 30, 31, and June 1.  There will be no hot water for showers.
