Yoga - Alignment Based Vinyasa

Blend the dynamic flow of yoga poses by mindfully linking postures using the breath with the integration of biomechanical principles of alignment. This class offers a well-rounded asana (posture) practice with a heart-centered focus. Class is open to all levels. Options are offered for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
