New Moves

Want more variety or bored with your workout routine? Would you like to try new fitness equipment with some guidance? 
Learn something new at these hands-on workshops. We can introduce you to many training tools and new equipment that make training fun and varied. These sessions are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters bu student request.

Open to 10 participants.  RSVP not required but participation is on a space available basis.
