When you purchase a Wellness Recreation Membership, you will automatically be added to the communication e-list. If you do not have a Wellness Recreation Membership but would like to receive the wellness weekly update, please email Debbie Gatch. She will add you to the wellness mailing list. The Wellness Weekly e-mail includes updates and anouncements directly affecting your membership (i.e. class offerings, special events, and more.). It also includes announcements of lectures, workshops and contests that are open to the Cornell community (no membership needed).
If you participate in CFC group exercise classes, please consider joining the group fitness e-list. You can add yourself to this group fitness list through the CFC website. The group fitness list keeps you informed about new classes, general fitness, and nutrition news.
