This in-person, small group experience will help you become more in tune with your personal thoughts and behavior surrounding food. Participate in mindfulness exercises, group discussions, strategy building and in-depth nutrition education. Facilitated by Beth McKinney, RD. Available to a maximum of 12 individuals who are ready to spend quality time thinking about themselves and what they are wanting. Must have body mass index over 30. In addition to the 12 weeks, two one-on-one sessions will be held. Participants must meet individually with Beth before committing to the class. Contact Beth McKinney at if interested. Cost: $120. Credit cards preferred, check accepted. Payment instructions will be emailed to registrants. $100 to be refunded to participants attending at least 9 of the 12 sessions.
