Lunch Time Desk Workout

  • Thursday, January 18, Noon-12:30 PM. Tune in while Keri Johnson, Wellness & Fitness Specialist, takes you through a lunch time workout you can do right at your desk. Log on to Cornell Wellness facebook page and be ready to go at noon. No special clothes or equipment necessary, we'll go over exercises like; seated jumping jacks, chair squats, desk push ups and dips.
