E-Lists and Support Group E-Lists

Cornell Wellness hosts many e-lists and support groups to help you connect with a community of people who are wanting to communicate with each other on common topics including:

How to join an e-list. How to leave an e-list.

  • Social Wellness - CU-SocialWellness-l - Connect with others in the Cornell community and invite each other to group events and/or workouts requiring partners (ex. tennis, basketball, rock climbing, bicycle touring, local group hikes, skiing, cooking classes, wine tasting).

How to Start a Conversation

There are two ways to activate group discussion.

  1. After you join an e-list, you may send a message directly to the list. When people reply, they typically reply to all the members of the e-list.
  2. You may also contact Beth McKinney, bm20@cornell.edu, from Cornell Wellness, with your message and she will forward it to the group anonymously. Either way, when the group is activated, there is a great deal of communication and sharing that goes on.
