Class Description:  A full-body backpack workout that can be done in a dorm or hotel room, this routine hits all the functional movement patterns through a variety of exercises with minimal space required. Improve your strength and conditioning with just a backpack and some textbooks. This workout includes 3 rounds of exercises; however, you can adjust the workout to match your desired time interval, number of rounds, and level of resistance.
