Outdoor Bootcamp 

An outdoor bodyweight workout suitable for all fitness levels! Challenge your strength, endurance, and mobility with these full body routines out on the spacious Jessup field, located on north campus. No equipment or experience necessary- just a positive attitude! See you there!

Because this is an outdoor class, in the case of inclement weather notifications will be posted by 12:00pm (website/email). These classes are only available to current Cornell Students. Required: masks, CU ID, CFC membership (Virtual Classes Only or CFC Fall Semester), reservation on IM Leagues and completed Daily Check. Class size is limited to 9 people.
