What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have a strong educational and practical background in cognitive behavior therapy. I help people make connections among their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to create long term behavioral change toward improved overall wellness.

Through years of personal experience, I have learned how to set short-term goals and make incremental adjustments that lead to long-term mental and physical balance and the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

I enjoy a combination of hiking, running, walking, strength training, H.I.I.T., and participating in group fitness classes to keep workouts exciting and to mix it up!

I ran the NYC Marathon in 2017 and raised over $15,000 for Project Purple, an organization that funds pancreatic cancer research.
