Group Fitness - Virtual Classes LIVE Schedule

Please read the instructions below before clicking on the link to join a class:

To participate, sign into Cornell Zoom (cornell.zoom.us) with your Net ID and password on your computer or tablet and make sure that your webcam is functioning.  If you are a Retiree or Emeritus, you may need to log in differently, depending on your status with the University.  Please also read the helpful information about each class so you are ready to go once the class begins.

If you would like to request a private Virtual Group Fitness class for your group or organization, please fill out this form at least two weeks in advance:  Private Class Request

Reduced Schedule: January 4 - February 5, 2021

All classes are on Eastern time (US), and are subject to changes.  Classes on the Reduced Schedule are FREE for the entire Cornell Community!

12:15-1:00pm ZUMBA® Toning w/ Carol

12:15-1:00pm Pilates w/ Jenn

4:45-5:30pm H.I.I.T. Circuit w/ Todd

6:15-7:00pm  ZUMBA® w/ Isabella

Wednesdays:

11:00am-12:00pm Yoga - Iyengar w/ Lisa

12:15-12:40pm Body Weight Training w/ Krista

12:40-1:00pm Core Training w/ Krista

5:15-6:00pm Fit Trifecta w/ Priscilla

Thursdays:

9:00-10:00am Yoga - Prenatal w/ Diane

12:00-1:00pm Yoga - Vinyasa w/ Jessica

4:45-5:30pm H.I.I.T. & Core w/ Krista. (***On January 21 Todd will sub this class as a H.I.I.T. Circuit class***)
