Group Fitness - Virtual Classes LIVE Schedule

Please read the instructions below before clicking on the link to join a class:

To participate, sign into Cornell Zoom (cornell.zoom.us) with your Net ID and password on your computer or tablet and make sure that your webcam is functioning.  If you are a Retiree or Emeritus, you may need to log in differently, depending on your status with the University.  Please also read the helpful information about each class so you are ready to go once the class begins.

If you would like to request a private Virtual Group Fitness class for your group or organization, please fill out this form at least two weeks in advance:  Private Class Request

A CFC Membership (students) or Wellness Recreation Membership (faculty/staff/spouses/partners) will be required to take Virtual Group Fitness Classes.

The semester-long free classes that are sponsored by Cornell Minds Matter are indicated:  Free*
