Group Fitness Classes
Help keep our facilities and spaces clean!
Please bring your clean & dry athletic shoes with you when using our facilities. Snow and salt shorten the lifespan of our equipment and make our floors very difficult to keep clean. We appreciate your compliance!
CFC Membership or a Cornell Wellness Recreation Membership is required to attend all In-Person Group Fitness classes unless class is noted as 'free'.
Wristbands are required for entry into all In-Person Group Fitness classes and are available beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class. Please be familiar with the late entry policy. Wristbands may be obtained in the following locations:
