Free Virtual Classes

Virtual Classes will begin January 11, 2023

  • Virtual Yoga-Kripalu: Wednesdays 7:00-8:15 AM. Once signed into your Cornell Zoom ( or personal Zoom account, go to the Yoga-Kripalu class page, then click the "Join Here" link on that page.
  • Virtual Yoga-Prenatal: Thursdays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Once signed into your Cornell Zoom ( or personal Zoom account, go to the Yoga-Prenatal class page, then click the "Join Here" link on that page.

Free In-Person Classes to anyone with a Cornell ID (wristband required see below)

Offered in collaboration with Cornell Minds Matter

  • Free Yoga-Vinyasa (class will begin January 17): Tuesdays 5:45-6:45 PM at Helen Newman Classroom. 
  • Free ZUMBA® (class will begin February 2): Thursdays 7:15-8:00 PM at Noyes Multipurpose Room.

In-Person Classes

Jump Start Spring Schedule from January 11 to 22, 2023.  

Spring Group Fitness Classes will begin January 23 and will run through May 26, 2023.

Low to moderate intensity class options are available through Wellness' Healthy Living Program webpage.

Wristbands are required for entry into all In-Person Group Fitness classes and are available beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class. Please be familiar with the Late Entry Policy. Wristbands may be obtained in the following locations:

For classes in Appel Commons 3rd Floor Multipurpose Room...  Proceed to 3rd floor space for wristbands
