Barre Express

Develop the length and tone of a dancer in this upbeat, fast-paced class. No dance experience necessary!  Burn calories and build strength through a series of exercises inspired by Pilates, Yoga, dance technique, and traditional weight training. Capacity depends on the location and instructor: 15-20.

No fitness classes August 11 - August 19, 2018

The fall Group Fitness Schedule will begin on August 20, 2018.  Please note there are some cancellations due to facility conflicts.

August 1-August 26, 2018, access to fitness classes is FREE with a valid Cornell ID.
