Bust-A-Move

Boost your mood in this light-hearted, dance-based, cardio fitness class! Enjoy fun & basic choreographed moves to popular songs that span a wide variety of music genres. Get your groove on while experiencing the feel-good benefits of exercise!

Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class. Participants are encouraged to supply their own water bottle and workout towel (if desired). Masks must be worn at all times. No equipment will be used in this class. Capacity depends on the location: Helen Newman Dance Studio: 30, Ramin Room: 25, Noyes Multipurpose Room: 30.

Late entry will only be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.
