Cardio Fusion

Experience this cardio and strength fusion that blends both variable intensity aerobic movement with slow and controlled body sculpting. Cardio Fusion includes a warm-up, alternating intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, core exercises, and a cool-down. This class accommodates all fitness levels with a full body workout that will build stamina and overall strength. Capacity: 30

Group Fitness Announcements

Effective November 12, 2018: 7:10am Yoga - Ashtanga on Fridays in the Teagle Multipurpose Room has been cancelled for the semester.

All fitness classes are cancelled after 1:15pm on November 21, 2018 for Thanksgiving Recess.  There are no fitness classes November 22-25, 2018.  The regular fitness class schedule will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018.

December 7, 2019: Yoga- Mellow Flow will be taught as Restorative Yoga.  Limited to the first 12 participants.
