Core & More

Strengthen and condition your core muscles...and more! This class will work your core, which includes the abdominal and low back muscles. Additional exercises incorporate upper and lower body as a way to strengthen your core, giving you a full body workout! 

Participants are highly encouraged to supply their own mat, however mats are available for use. Please note that you will be asked to clean any mats or equipment you borrow at the conclusion of class. Gloves are available for member use. One may wish to bring a personal workout towel for a barrier between the face and mat. Capacity depends on the location: Helen Newman Dance Studio: 26, Appel Multipurpose room: 20, Noyes Multipurpose Room: 26.

Late entry will be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.

 

 

Group Fitness Announcements

From now through Friday, May 27:

  • Reduced Group Fitness Schedule.
  • Cornell Fitness Centers and all Group Fitness classes are FREE for anyone with Cornell ID.

From Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30: No Group Fitness classes.

Tuesday, May 31: Summer schedule begins.
