CU Row

Inspired by the Shockwave program, CU Row is cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge features 8 stations, utilizing a WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity intervals, combined with functional strength and endurance exercises. What makes it different than a standard circuit class? The rower is your timer! People come to CU Row for the camaraderie, teamwork, and motivating atmosphere - come row with us! Capacity in the Appel Commons - Fitness Center: 16; Appel Commons - Multipurpose Room: 16.

Please note that late entries will only be permitted within the first 10 minutes of the class start time.
