Cornell Fitness Centers manages an opt-in announcement listserve. We use the list to announce programming updates for group fitness, reduced schedule during break times, last minute class cancellations, and occasional other news that would be of interest to our customers.

Group Fitness Announcements

Beginning Saturday, November 2, 2019 Power H.I.I.T Express will be offered at 10am and 11am in Appel Commons Fitness Center.

CU Row on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00pm in Appel Commons Fitness Center is cancelled for the remainder of the semester.

To request a private group fitness class, please fill out this form. All requests for private classes and equipment rentals must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event date.
