Cornell Fitness Centers manages an opt-in announcement listserve. We use the list to announce programming updates for group fitness, reduced schedule during break times, last minute class cancellations, and occasional other news that would be of interest to our customers.

Group Fitness Announcements

Starting the week of September 26: two NEW Power H.I.I.T. Express classes at Appel Commons - Fitness Center, Wednesdays & Fridays from 12:25-1:10 PM.

Starting the week of September 26: Fit Trifecta classes on Wednesdays & Fridays from 12:15-1:00 PM are canceled for the rest of the semester.

Starting September 23, Spinning® Express at Noyes changes from 12:15-1:00 PM to 8:30-9:15 AM.

Starting September 22, Yoga-Prenatal at Teagle changes to Virtual Yoga-Prenatal, no membership required.

In-Person and Virtual Private Group Fitness Class requests are now being accepted for Summer 2022.  All requests for private classes must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event date.  Please contact: Lms436@cornell.edu to begin the request process.
