ShockWave

ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best!  This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition, and motivation designed to push you to your maximum potential! Come see why the media has dubbed it “The most efficient total-body workout in the world.”  Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class. Capacity: 16  

Please note that late entries will only be permitted within the first 10 minutes of the class start time.

Group Fitness Announcements

Effective November 12, 2018: 7:10am Yoga - Ashtanga on Fridays in the Teagle Multipurpose Room has been cancelled for the semester.

All fitness classes are cancelled after 1:15pm on November 21, 2018 for Thanksgiving Recess.  There are no fitness classes November 22-25, 2018.  The regular fitness class schedule will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018.

December 7, 2019: Yoga- Mellow Flow will be taught as Restorative Yoga.  Limited to the first 12 participants.
