The comprehensive Spinning Instructor Certification - live training day will give you all the hands-on tools you need to become a certified Spinning instructor and lead your own classes.

You will gain an understanding of the following:

  • Cycling biomechanics
  • Bike setup and safety principles
  • Coaching skills
  • Crafting of class ride profiles
  • Heart rate training and the Spinning Energy Zones®
  • Visualization techniques to complement the mind/body

Get ready to join our team! Come prepared to sweat and learn what being an Urbankick instructor is about.

Learn our unique 2 puzzle piece class design that allows you as the instructor, creative license to create a dynamic and athletic cardio kickboxing workout with all the swagger of Urbankick. In other words, Urbankick is not pre-choreographed! You will punch, kick, squat, and lunge your way through a fun and interactive training and walk away prepared to teach!

How to Prepare?

Rest up and bring clothes to move in plus extra dry clothes, water, and food. The training is quite active but we do hand out workbooks so bring something to take notes if note-taking is your thing.

The Urbankick training offers hours of practical and theoretical application and you will walk away with:

  • 8 hours of practical and theoretical instruction
  • Full UrbanKick class format for you to teach
