Spinning® Express

If you are short on time or newer to exercising, this is a great option to get your cardiovascular training in an efficient way! Spinning® Express is an indoor stationary cycling class that combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness, and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually paced, cardio class will definitely move you! Participants are encouraged to bring a personal towel for this class. The use of personal water bottles is highly recommended. 

Participants will be asked to clean their bikes after use with Simple Green Pro 3 HD.  Gloves are available for member use. Late entry to Spinning® classes is not permitted.  Capacity depends on the location: Helen Newman Dance Studio: 30, Noyes Multipurpose Room: 30.

Group Fitness Announcements

Starting the week of September 26: two NEW Power H.I.I.T. Express classes at Appel Commons - Fitness Center, Wednesdays & Fridays from 12:25-1:10 PM.

Starting the week of September 26: Fit Trifecta classes on Wednesdays & Fridays from 12:15-1:00 PM are canceled for the rest of the semester.

Starting September 23, Spinning® Express at Noyes changes from 12:15-1:00 PM to 8:30-9:15 AM.

Starting September 22, Yoga-Prenatal at Teagle changes to Virtual Yoga-Prenatal, no membership required.

In-Person and Virtual Private Group Fitness Class requests are now being accepted for Summer 2022.  All requests for private classes must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event date.  Please contact: Lms436@cornell.edu to begin the request process.
