Spinning Pilates Fusion

This class combines Spinning and Pilates into one super-class! You can get a great cardiovascular workout from Spinning, a non-impact, individually paced program that includes breathing awareness, heart rate training and motivational coaching. You can then utilize your breathing awareness in the Pilates portion of class; designed to build endurance, flexibility, coordination, and strength through a highly focused flow of movements.

Group Fitness Announcements

Effective November 12, 2018: 7:10am Yoga - Ashtanga on Fridays in the Teagle Multipurpose Room has been cancelled for the semester.

All fitness classes are cancelled after 1:15pm on November 21, 2018 for Thanksgiving Recess.  There are no fitness classes November 22-25, 2018.  The regular fitness class schedule will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018.

December 7, 2019: Yoga- Mellow Flow will be taught as Restorative Yoga.  Limited to the first 12 participants.
