Class Description:  More than just an Abs class, this 45 minute session works your entire core AND includes upper body and lower body conditioning! The focus of this class is improving core strength with traditional and non-traditional exercises while working your entire body. Full body conditioning will help to improve overall cardiovascular ability, strength, power, agility and balance.
