Yoga - Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing and specific sequence of postures, which are linked through movement and breath.  The sequence builds strength, flexibility and endurance to the body, and stillness to the mind.  This high energy flow is challenging, yet suitable for practitioners of all levels, advanced and beginner alike.  Capacity depends on the location.  Noyes Multipurpose Room: 38, Teagle Multipurpose Room: 50, Helen Newman Hall Classroom: 30.

Late entry will only be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.
