Yoga - Restorative

A deeply relaxing practice using props (blankets, blocks, belts) to support the body to remain in a posture for 3-10 minutes. After a brief series of yogic stretches and more active postures, we will move into a more receptive and easeful experience of yoga. As the body settles and unwinds its tensions, the brain and nervous system quiets. This deep rest restores and refreshes.

Late entry will only be permitted within 5 minutes of the class start time.
