Fitness Equipment Orientations (Free for CFC members) provide an opportunity for students to learn how to safely and effectively use our cardio and/or strength equipment, as well as receive other information to optimize success in your fitness program.  Athletic attire required.

Cardio Orientation:

This program is intended to help members of all experience and fitness levels become acquainted with our cardio equipment. This program gives an overview of all of our different types of cardio equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, AMT’s, bikes, and rowing machines.

           Strength Training Equipment Basics:

This program is intended to help members of all experience and fitness levels become acquainted with strength-based equipment. This program gives an overview of different types of strength equipment and tools, such as dumbbells, cables, selectorized machines, barbells, and TRX.
