Fitness Foundations Workshop

These FREE 1 hour sessions will provide information about how to best get started and/or ramp up your current fitness routine. All the fitness variables will be discussed including intensity, frequency, duration, choice of exercises, types of equipment, progression, etc. You will be surprised how much information you can learn in an hour.  

This program is offered several times at the start of each semester. Members may request a private session for a group of 3 or more (all must have current memberships). If you would like to request t a time that works for you and your friends, please email Sue Fine
