What are my most available days and times to meet?

My availability schedule changes weekly so I have a lot of flexibility from week to week. 

Here is when I am not available:

Not available on weekends

Not available after 6:00pm on weekdays

Not available Tuesday/Thursday 10:00-11:15am and 1:15-2:30pm

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

I tend to be more education and proper technique focused.  I can work well with total beginners, as well as those who want to try a new training style or learn new equipment.  I also like working with experienced clients to upgrade their routine, keep fit, or start and off-season regiment.  Interval training is my strong point for those clients who have weight loss goals.  I have an exercise therapy specialist certification which covers injuries, pre and post operations, and recovery clients.

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

Taught nutriton at the college level, athletic coach for many different sports, 3 season athlete in both high school and college

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
