Personal Training Services - Student Members

We are currently not accepting new clients or on-going Personal Training at this time.  CFC is offering a free 10-15 minute consultation to current students who would like support in putting together their personal at-home fitness routine.  Our goal is to help Cornell Students find a way to stay active and make a priority of taking care of one's personal wellbeing.  If you are interested in having one of our staff follow up with you, please fill out this survey: Request Fitness Consultation.  This offer is only available to Cornell Students.  Requests for consultations will be answered in the order in which they are received.
