Student Wellness
The Student Wellness Initiative is a CFC outreach program specifically for Cornell students. We have provided opportunities for introductory cooking classes, nutrition consultations, group nutrition programs, and many other resources.
Currently, we are limited in what we can provide, and we ask that students wanting nutrition counseling please reach out to the Cornell Healthy Eating Program (CHEP) provided through Cornell Health.
The Cornell Healthy Eating Program at Gannett (CHEP) is designed to help optimize your health and performance as a student through good nutrition knowledge and practice. Cornell students frequently consult with CHEP for individualized help with these concerns:
- balanced food intake
- dieting and weight
- sports nutrition
- body image concerns
- eating problems
- vegetarianism
- high cholesterol levels and/or hypertension
- digestive problems, including celiac disease
- other nutrition-related health problems, including anemia and diabetes
- concerns about someone else
