Class Description: With this half hour mini-yoga routine, provide yourself a moment in your day to stretch out, decrease stress, and return to a sense of presence & calm. The movements are done either while sitting on a chair, or while standing. A desk or chair can be used for support to relax into the stretches. No prior experience with yoga is needed to follow along with this gentle sequence, leading you to a balance of body, breath, and mind.
