You’re invited to celebrate National Nutrition Month at Cornell throughout the entire month of March. Whether you are fueling yourself in the Dining halls, at home, in an apartment, or grabbing a quick snack before practice, you’re sure to enjoy the multiple tips, tricks, and hacks provided directly to your device. Start by learning ways you can Be Creative With Carbohydrates, then move on to Tips For Varying Your Proteins, followed by Finding Flavor With Fats, and experience the finale by Spicing It Up! We’ll challenge you along the way to show us your creative yummy hacks that you come up with while sharing some of our own! The best hacks you come up with will get re-posted as Favorite Selections for all to see!
