  • Wellness' Healthy Living Program Live Group Fitness Classes - Join Cornell Wellness's group fitness instructors while they guide you through low to moderate intensity classes. These group fitness classes will occur weekly and will focus on cardio, strength, and flexibility. Begins the week of March 23. Additionally, CFC virtual group fitness classes are beginning the week of March 23 as well.
  • Let's Meditate - Cornell Wellness staff are providing 30 minute weekly mindfulness meditations live through Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Cornell Health's Let's Meditate program. Sit with your eyes closed in a comfortable space while you are led through meditation exercises designed to focus on the breath and quiet the mind.See a listing of all of the weekly virtual meditations listed on Cornell Health's Let's Meditate website. Begins the week of March 30.
  • Guided Progressive Relaxation - Cornell Wellness staff are providing 30 minute weekly progressive relaxation sessions live through Zoom Tuesdays. Allow yourself to be guided through this relaxation technique that will bring stress relief to your muscles from your head down to your toes. Begins the week of March 30.
  • Make It Happen Mondays - Join Cornell Wellness staff on Mondays to gain some inspiration and motivation for making healthy lifestyle choices. Provided through Zoom recordings and Instagram posts. Zoom recordings can be accessed through the Facebook page. Begins the week of March 30.
  • Take A Break Tuesdays - Join Cornell Wellness staff for 30 minute workshops full of practical tips for taking a break while working remotely. Topics will vary week to week and will be focused on self-care break tips you can start right now. Provided through Zoom Live and Instagram posts. Begins the week of March 30.
  • Workout Wednesdays - Join Cornell Wellness staff on Wednesdays from 12-12:30pm, as you're led through a 30 minute live workout. These workouts may be cardio, strength, or flexibility focused. Provided through Facebook Live and Zoom Live. Begins the week of March 23.
  • Thoughtful Thursdays - Join Cornell Wellness staff on Thursdays for a brief guided meditation focusing on breath work and relaxation that you can carry into your workday. Being thoughtful, we will also collectively share our gratitude and appreciation via the zoom chat box feature at the end of the 20 minute session. Provided through Zoom Live and Instagram posts. Begins the week of March 23.
  • Fuel It Fridays - Join Cornell Wellness staff on Fridays for answers to your current nutrition questions and check Instagram for easy to make crockpot recipes with helpful tips. Provided through Zoom recordings and Instagram posts. Zoom recordings can be accessed through the Facebook page. Begins the week of March 30.
