Fit for a Hike: A Conditioning Class for Hiking

 

Join Cornell Wellness for a class to help you feel fit to hike our local trails this fall. In  this 4-part series, Wellness fitness professional, Cathryn Lucas, will guide you through workouts designed to build your endurance, strength, and fitness so that you’ll feel confident venturing out to see the beautiful fall foliage. A 1-Year Wellness Recreation Membership is required for this experience. Workshop size will be limited to 15 people.
