  • Must be a Wellness Member to register
  • Register here

Are you looking to challenge yourself individually while still being part of a group? We'll meet up at the Schoellkopf stadium steps for a group warm-up, running or walking (your choice) the stadium steps, followed by a group cool-down. Before leaving the workout, you'll let the instructor know how many steps you conquered. Collectively, we'll see how high we can climb, and the instructor will email the group with the total number of steps achieved and a fun comparison to something iconic. What heights can we reach together as a group? For example, it's 354 steps to the top of the Statue of Liberty's torch. Questions? Contact the instructor, Kerry Howell.

Are you participating in a summer sports league that requires quick movements and sprinting? Want to elevate your workouts to feel faster and stronger? Consider the Speed and Agility Series to level up your play and your fitness. At each session, Jeremy will take you through a dynamic warm-up which also breaks down the sprint form. Session drills will help increase your foot speed and strengthen sprint muscles, assisting in enhanced sprint form and performance on the court or field this summer.  For more information on participating in this series, please contact Jeremy Stewart. (Jeremy was a collegiate and professional football player and has spent the last decade developing younger and older athletes alike to achieve higher levels of athletic performance through speed and agility training.)
