Mental Wellness Experience

Each day you will have a new experience to complete on your own time, to increase your mental wellness. Along with a reflection to write back to us for correspondence or to journal to yourself. It's a short challenge, so be sure to make time for your mental wellness daily on your schedule, this is an important step, don't forget to make time for yourself. Take ten days to be intentional with your mental wellness and invoke positive wellness strategies into your day.
