On The Move - Running Group

Interested in running or run/walking 2-3 miles with a group along one of the most scenic trails on Cornell's Ithaca campus? You can choose to do 2 or 3 loops around Beebe Lake during group runs; each loop is one mile. Typical pace for the group is between 9-12 minutes per mile. The Beebe Lake trail is a mix of hard packed soil, asphalt, and stone steps that circle Beebe Lake. Kerry will lead warm-up stretches at 12:15 prior to each run.
