  • On Mondays, of Weeks 2 & 3, we will email you a list of suggestions of wellbeing behaviors to choose from. These suggestions will include several options from all 7 dimensions of wellbeing. Pick just two each week in dimensions you want to grow in. You'll have the rest of each week to complete the two you choose.
  • On Fridays, of Weeks 2 & 3, we will e-mail you a link to "report in" on how you did for the past week. You'll have until midnight on Sundays to complete the behaviors and report in. All participants who successfully complete the challenge by trying four new wellbeing behaviors total will be entered into a drawing for two grand prize package giveaways (valued at $100 each).
