Step towards new heights in fitness. You get to decide how ambitous you're feeling each Thursday. Do you want to conquer 50, 100, 250, or more stadium steps for the day? Not able, or wanting, to tackle stadium steps? No worries, walk or roll along the paved loop around the field at the base of the steps instead. Kerry will lead warm-up stretches at 12:15.
