Interested in losing weight as a result of making changes to your physical activity habits and eating habits? This 6 week class led by Kerry Howell, Cornell wellness staff, is focused on education, support, and tracking of food and activity. If you have a body mass index that is 25 or more (calculate your BMI here), and you are willing to start tracking your activity and food intake, this is the class that can help you get started on the path to weight loss! There are many types of devices and websites that people can use for tracking food and activity; please select tracking options that are going to work for you before the first day of class. If you're unfamiliar with tracking options, contact Kerry at, and she will email you a list of suggestions. Class limit is 10 people. You do not need a Wellness Recreation Membership to participate in this class.
