Walk To Run Class

  • Zoom class meetings for virtual instruction and “catching up” every Monday at noon April 13 through June 15; running will be done on own in safe, socially distanced environment

This virtual edition of the Walk To Run class is designed to be an inclusive, virtual fitness training class for anyone looking to either transition from walking to running, or to add a new activity that will boost your cardiovascular fitness. Everyone, especially people who have never been keen on running, are welcome. To meet physical distancing requirements, this class will meet via zoom every Monday at noon in order for your coach, Ruth, to provide running guidance, suggestions, and pro tips. The training sessions will be done individually and on your own time. In addition to the Monday class meetings, you will also be offered an individual consultation with Ruth for any unique situations that have to do with you and running.
