Class Description:  Anusara® is a branch of Hatha yoga that offers precise directions to help align the musculoskeletal system while engaging with themes that invite participants to reflect on life's recurring concepts. Attention is given to proper body alignment to facilitate awareness of the breath, as well as ease and freedom of movement. Each class is inspired by a theme that serves as a the link between the physical aspect of the class awareness of the breath and our relationship to ourselves and one another, empowering participants to bring their insights into action in their everyday life. Participants of all levels are encouraged to attend and to challenge themselves at their own pace.
