Body Blast

Experience non-stop body sculpting and heart-pumping action with cardio, strength, and core exercises! This class combines circuits, intervals, and sustained movement patterns that will build your stamina and overall strength. Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class.  Capacity: 26

Group Fitness Announcements

There are no Group Fitness Classes Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29.

Summer fitness class schedule begins on Tuesday, May 30.

Steam Shutdown May 30, 31, and June 1.  There will be no hot water for showers.
