ShockWave

ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best!  This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition, and motivation designed to push you to your maximum potential! Come see why the media has dubbed it “The most efficient total-body workout in the world.”  Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class. Capacity: 24  

Please note that late entries will only be permitted within the first 10 minutes of the class start time.

What to expect:

* When you arrive at class, sign your name (and your name only) on the white board to reserve your spot in class.

* 5 minutes prior to class, the class instructor will swipe your Student ID for entry.

* If you arrive after class has already started, wait for the instructor to swipe your ID card before joining the class. Please note that late entries will only be permitted within the first 10 minutes of the class start time.

Group Fitness Announcements

Effective April 7, 2017: Cardio Dance will be offered from 12:15-1pm in the Bartels Hall-Ramin room on April 28, May 5, and May 19, 2017.  There will be no class on May 12, 2017.

Do you see yourself as a Group Fitness Instructor?  Register for PE1231-Group Fitness Instructor Training for Fall of 2017.  Class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45-5:15pm in Helen Newman Hall.
