Ways to Purchase A Wellness Recreation Membership

1. Fill out an online Wellness Recreation Membership Application if you are a Cornell employee (this online membership application option is not yet available for retirees, spouses/partners). You will be asked for your net ID and password, then the application will load. 
2. Print or download the Wellness Recreation Membership Application. Fill it out, scan it or take a photo of it, and email it to wellness@cornell.edu or drop it off in-person to room 305 Helen Newman Hall during office hours M-F 9am-2pm, 3pm-5pm. 

* Please note: If you are paying for a membership by check or credit card, please stop by the administartive office to remit payment or email wellness@cornell.edu for additional options. Office hours for Wellness' administrative office (room 305 HNH) are M-F 9am-2pm, 3pm-5pm.

** If you are a retiree, a spouse, or a partner you MUST have an official Cornell University ID card PRIOR to filling out a membership application. Cornell ID cards may be purchased through the Registrar's Office or the HR Services and Transitions Center. Call/email the Registrar's Office or the HR Services and Transitions Center directly for instructions on obtaining an ID card. ID card additional information.

Wellness Recreation Membership Options

• 1-Year Wellness Recreation Membership - Cost is $175 (pro-rated to fiscal year). This membership allows you access to CFC and Wellness group fitness classes, fitness centers, pools and more. Membership begins on date of purchase and runs until the end of the fiscal year.
• 4-Month Wellness Recreation Membership - Cost is $75. This membership is the same as the 1-Year Wellness Recreation Membership, just shorter. Membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 4 months.
• 1-Year Wellness Group Fitness Only Class Pass - Cost is $115. This membership only allows you access to the CFC group fitness classes. Membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid for one year.
• Cornell Program for Healthy Living/Aetna (CPHL) Wellness Recreation Membership - Cost is no charge to you (membership fee is re-imbursed up front through your Aetna CPHL health insurance plan). This membership allows you access to CFC and Wellness group fitness classes, fitness centers, pools and more. Membership continues throughout insurance participation. Scholarships Available: Through the Toni McBride Wellness Fund, a Toni McBride Wellness Membership scholarship application form (also in Word format) is available to any benefits eligible employee and retiree to reduce the cost of a 1-year Wellness Recreation Membership.
